Terms and Conditions
VIRTU@L ELVES requires a signed Service Agreement for all levels of service prior to work commencing. If work is forwarded prior to the signed Agreement being received, it is assumed that the Agreement is binding.
Additional expenses such as phone calls, faxing, postage and courier services are additional and will be itemised on the final invoice. Minimal phone calls and emails are included in the hourly rate.
Payment will be discussed and once agreed upon will be included as part of the Agreement.
